The place was immaculately clean with a very pleasant staff in The website And also by The receptionist. Good location so close to Fort William, at the end of the West Highland Way, town centre, and pubs, restaurants, shops, I felt safe.

Well-equipped room for kettle etc was enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect and handy, short walk to shops, the town centre, and all the shops and bars. Also, it was at a moderate distance from Lime Tree an Ealdhain Gallery.

The hotel was in an incredible location so close to the center of the city, Fort William, at the end of the West Highland Way, and all the restaurants. Had brunch in the Ben Nevis Bar and Restaurant, located nearby.

We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. After a long drive the very pleasant and exceptionally nice stuff was waiting for us. The hotel was quaint and in a central location.

I had the most unique stay at Garrison Cells in Fort William. The prison-themed atmosphere really added to the experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room, although small, had everything I needed including a toilet and cloakroom. The shower was separate, which was a bit odd, but I had exclusive access to it. The locally sourced toiletries added a lovely touch. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right at the end of the high street with plenty of food options nearby. And the fact that I could park on the premises was a bonus. Despite the small size of the room, the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The complimentary tea and coffee were a nice treat, and I loved being able to have them in takeaway cups. I had a fantastic stay at Garrison Cells and would highly recommend it.
